Fujiwork Myanmar Thilawa SEZ plans and executes training programs for Myanmar employees. In order to create job opportunities at an advanced manufacturing industry we teach Myanmar employees safety, quality and terminologies in Japanese. Fujiwork also provides technical skill training, essay practice in Japanese language and lessons for Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). We would like to foster the friendship at the private level between Myanmar and Japan through encouraging Myanmar employees to participate in the company events such as Fujiwork Continuous Improvement Competition, Fujiwork Japanese Language Speech Contest, and Fujiwork holiday season party.
