- Fujiwork will prohibit any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion and embezzlement. We will prohibit all employees including executives from promising, offering, permitting, providing and/or tolerating any and all forms of bribery. We will ensure that all business interactions are conducted with transparency and accurately recorded on the accounting book. We will maintain management system with internal auditing to ensure that we comply with corruption-related laws and regulations.

- Fair Business, Advertising and Competition
- Fujiwork will comply with laws and regulations regarding fair business, advertising, and competition in the countries and regions where we conduct business activities. We will prohibit any promises and/or agreements with the third-parties that hamper or disrupt market mechanism.

- Fujiwork will disclose information regarding our labor, health and safety, environmental practices, business activities, corporate structure, financial situation, and business performance in accordance with applicable regulations and prevailing industry practices.

- Fujiwork will respect intellectual property rights. We will safeguard customer's and our confidential information.

- Employee Conflict of Interest
- It is indispensable for Fujiwork to ensure that all our decisions, actions, words and activities are beneficial for Fujiwork. We will prohibit any actions where an employee’s and/or an executive's personal interest might contradict the interest of Fujiwork. In order to resolve any such discrepancies, all employees including executives must report to the company whenever they face any cases where personal interest do or might contradict the interest of Fujiwork.

- Protection of Identity and Non-Retaliation
- Fujiwork will have a communicated process for our personnel to be able to raise any concerns without fear of retaliation. Fujiwork will maintain programs that ensure the confidentiality, anonymity, and protection of employee whistleblowers unless prohibited by law.

- Responsible Sourcing of Minerals
- Fujiwork will confirm with suppliers about the source and chain of custody of the tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold in the products our Product Development Division manufactures in order to reasonably assure that they are sourced in a way not to directly or indirectly benefit militant groups of Conflict- Affected and High-Risk Areas.
