Fujiwork will assign “Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)” and develop information security management system which enables us to enhance protection of information asset with organizational, behavioral, physical and technical measures.

Fujiwork will develop reasonable preventive measures against unauthorized access to, leaks, modification, loss, destruction or hindered use of information asset. Fujiwork will properly protect information asset including company's information system, confidential information and any information pertinent to customers.

Fujiwork will set a company rule of Information Security. Fujiwork will conduct a periodical Information Security training program for all employees including executives to ensure all employees follow the rule.

Fujiwork will continuously review and improve its management systems to protect information asset. Fujiwork intends to cope with changes of norms in society, related laws and regulations and/or information security risks.
