Since 2011 we have been operating " Fujiwork Semiconductor Training Center " to develop engineers with advanced expertise. Trainees can learn both semiconductor manufacturing processes and structure and roles of semiconductor production equipment as a basic maintenance knowledge of semiconductor production facilities. In addition, they can acquire practical skills how to use tools such as various wrenches and measuring instruments such as circuit testers. With an annual action plan and training programs including machine, electricity and transport system for clean room, Fujiwork also supports our engineers to hone their engineering skills by encouraging them to pass examinations of national qualifications for semiconductor manufacturing engineer and machine maintenance. Fujiwork lecturers, who have experienced in the world’s highest level of semiconductor manufacturing, teach engineers both knowledge and skills for maintenance of semiconductor equipment at our Fujiwork Semiconductor Training Center using Applied Materials' DRY and CVD processors.
